Graphic studies - Studio BDouin - 2024
Founded in 2009, in a small town in France, BDouin is a graphic design studio initially specialized in the world of comic books for the Muslim community. The studio is led by Norédine Allam, an author recognized in Europe, notably for his work on the Astérix series (the best-selling comic book in the world with over 370 million copies sold). The studio's headquarters is now based in Sharjah, UAE.
Muslim ethics is at the heart of the studio's entire work; it guides the choice of themes, narration, design, color… and the choice of partners. The studio's management is not a member of any political or sectarian movement. It follows the continuity of an authentic tradition, as it is taught today in the mosques of Mecca and Medina.
